Shipping Policy

Local Pickup (preferred)​

If you are local, we offer free pickup at your convenience! You can select this option at checkout, and we’ll contact you via email with pickup details once your order is ready.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order is ready or has shipped.
Please note: We do not work on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently ship within the United States only.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays beyond our control.​

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Damage or Lost Packages

We take care in packaging each order, but once it leaves our facility, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
