We want you to love your purchase! Because our products are handcrafted and made with natural ingredients, we can only accept returns or issue refunds if your item arrives damaged or defective. If you purchased locally and there is something wrong with the product that doesn't meet your standards, please email us.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll be happy to replace the item or issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products, or on products that are not defective.
All sales are considered final once shipped, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
